My Nilermark is a result-oriented People Business Partner at Aceve, with a strong background in HR and recruitment. They previously served as an HR Business Partner at King and an HR Partner at Thales, where they managed various HR topics, including performance management and employee relations. My has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Wright Group, specializing in the recruitment of roles within the consumer sector. Educated at Lund University, My holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science and has broadened their knowledge with coursework at the University of Melbourne. Recently, My embarked on a four-month trip to Latin America, returning to Sweden to seek new challenges in HR and recruitment.
