Chengchieh Chiu

Chengchieh Chiu has held various positions in the IT and technical support industries since 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an IT Technician at BV USA LLC, a SQL Analyst Internship at MK Cabinetry, a Technical Expert at Apple, and a PS CUSTOM SUPPORT ENGINEER I and SQL Support Engineer at Aceyus. At BV USA LLC, Chengchieh was responsible for researching and designing automation programs to improve the warehouse workflow, preparing product application demos, and configuring Cisco routers. At MK Cabinetry, they designed databases, stored procedures, reports, and data input, and created and updated applications for internal company operations using JAVA and SQL Server. At Apple, Chengchieh provided Tier 3 support for all Apple products and services, worked directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and performed administrative tasks. Lastly, at Aceyus, they provided application training for internal employees and external customers, edited and reviewed user guides, created and expanded customer-facing and internal documents, and used Microsoft SQL server to assist customers with Aceyus-related SQL jobs and operations.

Chengchieh Chiu obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Western Illinois University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Engineering and Management of Advanced Technology from Chang Jung Christian University from 2008 to 2012. Chengchieh has also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft certified professional from Microsoft in April 2019, Tableau 10 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training For Data Science from Udemy in April 2019, Implementing ETL with SQL Server Integration Services from edX in March 2018, and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Certification Training Exam 70-461 from Udemy.
