Jacob Britt has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. Jacob began their career in 1999 as a Business/Functional Analyst at AT&T Wireless. In this role, they were part of a small strategic and tactical IT team tasked to work on Senior Leadership's top initiatives to increase revenue and system stability. Jacob then moved into the role of Production Support Analyst/Team Lead, responsible for supporting AWS's 3G CRM Platform, developing Error Correction Procedures, Automated Tools, Training, Root Cause Analysis and Release Management Support. After this, they were a Technical Support Analyst/Team Lead, providing 24/7 on-call support at a Tier 3 level for customer impacting outages and issues. In 2005, Jacob moved to T-Mobile USA as a Senior Project Manager - IT Infrastructure, focusing on Call Center Technology projects for high visibility/impact Customer Care initiatives. In 2010, Jacob joined Aceyus as the Director of Product Strategy. Jacob then took on the roles of Sr. Manager, Sales Operations and Sr. Manager, Business Development, where they were responsible for customer partnerships, account management, defining and executing channel specific growth & retention, and ensuring Aceyus was delivering innovative products and solutions.

Jacob Britt obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2007. Jacob then attended the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a BS in Business Management with a focus on Project Management and Information Technology.
