Miles Hammond

Chief Services Officer & Co-Founder at Aceyus

Miles Hammond is the Chief Services Officer at Aceyus, overseeing internal operations to streamline the onboarding process for new customers. Once fully integrated into the Aceyus platform, Miles leads customers through the training processes. He works closely with the customers, educating them on the core functionalities of the Aceyus dashboard, and conducting interactive design meetings to ensure the customer is satisfied with the reporting. He prides himself on being part of “the team that provides.”

For nearly 20 years, Miles has played an extensive role in the development of the Aceyus brand and its advanced reporting and analytics capabilities. Prior to Aceyus, Miles spent several years as an NIT engineer at First Union National Bank, later acquired by Wachovia, before transitioning into an applications consulting role with Cisco. He left Cisco in 2003 to join forces with Mike Ary and began laying the groundwork for Aceyus.

Miles has a passion for mechanics, and in his spare time enjoys working on and driving high-speed cars. He is also a Duke fan, born and bred, and works with the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) to provide academic support to young students.
