Wes Robertson

Director, Program and Project Management at Aceyus

Wes Robertson began their career in 1986 as a Functional and Project Manager at First Union National Bank / Wachovia Bank. During this time, they held functional management positions in customer service and investor accounting, performed roles in Access database programming, simple mainframe programming and PC Support, and provided Project Management for end-user focused IT projects. In 2008, they moved to Wachovia / Wells Fargo as a Program Manager, PMP. Here, they managed a portfolio of voice projects within network services, primarily IP telephony/VoIP projects, and worked with functional management to put together business cases and navigate approval for projects, and then manage/mentor PM resources, insure compliance with corporate and financial standards, provide escalation where needed and provide reporting of project and portfolio statuses as needed. In 2011, Robertson joined Aceyus, Inc. as Director, Program and Project Management, where they served as lead for project management operations including mentoring, resourcing, standardization and escalation. Wes also provided communication, collaboration and facilitation services for internal business and management operations, and managed development and implementation of project management strategy to conserve company resources and drive customer satisfaction. Additionally, they served as a Sr. Project Manager, providing organization and oversight for internal project operations and managing customer implementations of proprietary Contact Center reporting software.

Wes Robertson holds a MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary (1979-1983) and a BA in Religion from Emmanuel College, Franklin Springs, GA (1975-1979). Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2014, a Balanced Scorecard Professional from the Balanced Scorecard Institute in May 2012, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2005.
