Chiru Kumar has been working in the talent acquisition and recruitment field since 2008. Chiru began their career as an IT Recruiter at NetKraft PVT Ltd, and then moved on to GOMOTEXT as an IT Technical Recruiter in 2013. In 2014, they joined E Computer Technologies, Inc. as an IT Recruiter. In 2015, they became an Executive Recruiter at Experis, ManpowerGroup specializing in permanent hires of IT professionals. Chiru then moved to Allstate as a Senior Recruiter in 2019, and then to TOYOTA TSUSHO SYSTEMS US, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they became the Head of Talent Acquisition at ACG Tech Systems and also the CEO & Founder of KeyMark Staffing.
