Erin May

Erin May has extensive experience in business analysis and program management, currently serving as Director of Credentialing Business Analysis at ACGI Software since January 2016. In this role, Erin consults with clients to guide them through the entire process from initial scope analysis to solution design and implementation, focusing on business process reengineering. Prior to ACGI, Erin worked as a Business Analyst in the Project Management Office at the University of Maryland and held a position in program and product development at Nationwide Better Health. Erin's career also includes experience as an Implementation Manager at G1440 Inc. and Builder1440, where the focus was on SaaS software implementation and project management.
