Michele Brown

Michele Brown currently serves as the Head of ACGI Operations & Strategy at ACGI Software, a position held since August 2004. Prior roles at ACGI Software include Vice President of Client Services and Relations, Director of Client Services and Relations, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to ACGI Software, Michele worked as an IT Business Analyst at Envision EMI from 1999 to 2004 and as an IT Management Analyst at INSLAW from 1994 to 1999. Michele's early career included management of the Bilingual Division at Focus Telecommunications Answering Service from 1992 to 1994. Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Frostburg State University between 1988 and 1992.
