Naomi Chapman

Naomi Chapman is a strategy consultant based in London, specializing in the cultural and charity sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategy at Achates, they facilitate the development of organizational and regional strategies for arts, culture, and heritage organizations. Previously, Naomi has held significant roles at NPC, including Principal Consultant, where they led strategy consulting efforts. They have also worked with charities to embed user voice and tackle social issues through strategic development. Naomi is pursuing their education at the University of Oxford.
