Yuri Correa is a Senior UX Design Researcher with a background in mixed methods design strategy, specializing in Service Design, UX Research, and user-centered innovation. After completing an undergraduate exchange program in Service Design at SCAD and earning a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Yuri pursued a postgraduate degree in Business Process Management. With significant experience leading design teams in major Brazilian organizations across industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and bioeconomy, Yuri has successfully implemented numerous solutions that enhance user experiences and improve key business metrics.
