Farshad Karimi

Farshad Karimi has extensive experience in various roles focused on recruitment, human resources, monitoring, and project management. At CIVIL ADVOCACY for WOMEN, Farshad served as a Recruitment Coordinator, enhancing recruitment processes for volunteers. As a Team Lead at RAMPUP-West Afghanistan, responsibilities included developing operational plans, supervising fieldwork, and coordinating customer service efforts. In the position of Human Resources Administrator at BrightSea International, LLC, Farshad managed recruitment initiatives and improved employee engagement significantly. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Assistant at Asia Pioneers and Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at Blumont, Inc., where a monitoring framework was developed for project oversight. Currently, Farshad is engaged in employer relations at Achēv and holds an educational background from George Brown College.
