Community Liaison

Lubna Shaban is an experienced professional with over 7 years in program management and coordination, currently serving as a Community Liaison and Workforce Development Coach at Achēv since January 2022. Previously, Lubna held the position of Project Coordinator at the Syrian Canadian Foundation, focusing on the English Tutoring Program, and served as a Newcomers Settlement Counsellor at the Arab Community Centre of Toronto, where responsibilities included case management and workshop facilitation. Additional roles include JSW Coordinator at the Arab Community Centre and Parent/Caregiver Facilitator Trainer at New Horizons: Healing and Hope Coalition.
