Marwa Gamil

Marwa Gamil has extensive experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Marwa is currently working at Achēv as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Achēv. Before joining Achēv, Marwa worked at Midas Safety as the Senior Manager HR & Admin - ME & Global Sales, and also as the Senior HR Manager - Middle East & Global Sales. Marwa gained further experience at Brown-Forman as the Regional Human Resources Manager - IMENA, and at The Coca-Cola Company as the Organizational Development Manager. Marwa also worked at Al Tayer Group as the Training Manager - Al Tayer AlTijarya, and at InterContinental Dubai Festival City as the Learning & Development Specialist. In summary, Marwa has a diverse background in various aspects of HR and organizational development across different industries.

Marwa Gamil completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Anglia Ruskin University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management (UK) in 2017-2018.
