Eric J. Welsh, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric J. began their career in 2000 as a Product Manager at Angstrom Sciences, Inc. where they developed and executed strategic sales and marketing plans for the Plasma Vapor Deposition Materials product line. In 2003, they joined L.H. Jones Equipment Co. as a Purchasing Manager, overseeing various functions including sales administration, customer service, accounting, vendor relations, purchasing, and inventory management. After a year, they transitioned to Achieva, where they held various roles, including Program Manager and Product Manager, before ultimately becoming the Director of Finance. In their most recent role, Eric served as the Vice President of Employment Supports at Achieva. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership, financial management, and business development skills.

Eric J. furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Point Park University.
