Timothy Chalus is an experienced facilities management professional with a diverse background in engineering and plant operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Facilities at ACHIEVA since March 2020, Timothy previously held roles such as Site Facilities Manager at PPG Industries and Facilities Manager for multiple Amazon sites through JLL. With prior experience as Plant Manager at Therm-O-Rock East, Inc. and as an engineer at Matthews International, DNP, Sony Chemicals, and Sony Electronics, Timothy has a robust skill set in lean manufacturing, project management, and facility safety systems. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Point Park University and two associate degrees from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
