Gary Cloke

Gary Cloke has over 20 years of work experience in talent and learning, people development, and training management. Gary is currently serving as the Head of Talent and Learning at Achieve Together since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Vanquis Bank for 17 years, holding various roles such as Head of People Development, Head of Training and Competence, Training and Competency Manager, and Training Manager. Gary also worked at Saga plc. as an Induction Manager from 1999 to 2003.

Gary Cloke completed their education as follows:

- In 2010, they obtained an MA in Strategic Human Resources with a field of study in Talent Development from Liverpool John Moores University.

- From 1995 to 1998, they attended the University of Kent and earned a BA honours in Sociology and Politics with a 2.1 degree.

- Between 1986 and 1993, they studied at Dover Grammar School for Boys, but the specific degree and field of study are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Gary Cloke also obtained several certifications, including the Fast Track Advanced Award in Resourcing and Talent Management from the CIPD in 2019, Hogan Certification in HDS, HPI, and MVPI from Psychological Consultancy Ltd in 2018, and BPS Level A & B from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company in 2017.
