Aaron Waters is an accomplished analytics professional with over eight years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Strategy at Achieve since October 2015, where notable achievements include leading a successful analytics team and implementing impactful reporting solutions that enhance revenue and reduce costs. Previously, Aaron worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at Sunrun, contributing to sales performance tracking and compliance during the company’s IPO. As the Founder and CEO of Waters Media LLC, Aaron optimized digital marketing strategies to improve lead conversion rates. Early in the career, valuable roles at Marin Software and Trouve Media involved standardizing processes, analyzing key metrics, and developing reporting dashboards to drive business success.
