Aman Lather is an experienced analytics leader currently serving as the VP of Analytics at Achieve Loans since January 2020. Prior to this role, Aman worked at UnitedHealth Group, where positions included Director of Application Development (Data and Analytics) and Director of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. In these roles, Aman focused on bridging Information Sciences and Health Sciences, developing enterprise healthcare platforms, and leading teams to deliver business analytics solutions. Aman also held the position of Senior Architect/Manager, overseeing a large team of analytics professionals and collaborating across various departments to create innovative data frameworks. Aman holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University.
