Don Chester

Don Chester is a seasoned instructional designer and project manager with extensive experience in the field of educational technology. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Achieve since September 2022 and as a Celebrate Recovery Pastor at Grace Walk Community Church since January 2021, Don previously held similar roles at Freedom Financial Network and Donnelley Financial Solutions. With a professional background that began at Merrill Corporation, Don has demonstrated expertise in collaborating with management, analyzing training needs, and developing and implementing effective learning solutions. Don holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design & Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with an Emphasis in Business Education from Grand Canyon University.
