James Mitchell

James Mitchell is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Achieve since June 2023. Previously, James held multiple roles at Freedom Financial Network, including Senior Manager of Corporate Training, where expertise in training program development was demonstrated from January 2017 to June 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Grand Canyon University, where contributions to training and leadership development were recognized, including the design of management and leadership preparation programs. James began a career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, progressing from Branch Rental Manager to Group Remarketing Supervisor, constructing strong professional relationships through effective marketing strategies. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University, as well as an MBA in Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
