Michael Johnston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, business development, and team management across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder of The Co-Signal Collective since June 2025, Michael is focused on integrating advanced technology and AI to foster collaborative partnerships. At Achieve, which has been a part of Michael's career since November 2017, roles have included Senior Unit Manager and Sales Account Executive, emphasizing team coaching and sales performance enhancement. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at Crest Mortgage, where Michael implemented strategies based on key performance indicators and developed training programs, and co-founder of The Survivor, an organization dedicated to supporting cancer survivors.
