Vance Rodgers has extensive experience in engineering and technology management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering in IT at Achieve. Previously, Vance held the position of Manager of OmniChannel Technology at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., and was the Chief Technical Officer at eventvibe.com. Additionally, Vance contributed as the Director of Development Operations at StrategicTouch and served as a Team Leader in the US Army's 2/75 Ranger Regiment.
