Greg Pretak is a seasoned People Systems and Analytics Leader currently serving as the Managing Director of Talent Systems and Analytics at Achievement First. With an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University, Greg has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Director of HR Technology and Associate Director of HR, where they focused on compensation systems and HR data reporting. Prior to joining Achievement First, Greg worked as a Graduate Admissions Counselor at Post University. Their expertise in HRIS implementation and data analytics has consistently driven improvements in operational efficiency and data accuracy.
