Faisal Islam

Faisal Islam is a User Experience Designer currently working at Achievers since February 2023. Previously, Faisal held the position of Senior Product Designer at GoBolt from February 2021 to January 2023, where leadership in designing merchant and customer service portals contributed to successful applications, including a highly praised delivery tracking web app. Earlier experience included roles as Product Designer at iContribute, Mixem, and Comfort Keepers, focusing on user experience and collaboration with internal teams to enhance digital platforms. Faisal's career began at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities encompassed improving customer experience and leading cross-functional teams. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University and certificates in UX and Product Design and Visual Design from General Assembly Canada.
