Sarah Kessler's work experience includes roles in UX and UI design. Sarah is currently working as an Intermediate UX Designer at Achievers since 2022. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a UX Analyst at the Condominium Authority of Ontario from 2019 to 2022, where they led the redesign of the CAO's online dispute resolution system and provided UX consultation for other business services. Sarah also worked as a UI Designer at George Brown College in 2018, where they helped create a website showcasing student projects and assisted with front-end coding. Additionally, Sarah worked briefly as an Exhibition Designer at George Brown College in 2018 and as a UX and Visual Designer for Quik Sushi - St. Lawrence Market from 2017 to 2018. In their role at Quik Sushi, they led user research initiatives and created redesigned billboard menus that met the client and customers' needs.
Sarah Kessler earned an Advanced Diploma in Interaction Design and Development from George Brown College, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Queen's University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies with Honors. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has also completed several certifications related to User Experience (UX) research, including "UX Deep Dive: Foundational Research" and "UX Research: Journey Mapping" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in May 2022. Sarah also achieved the certification "UX Foundations: Research" from LinkedIn in September 2019.
