Troy Sears

Troy Sears has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Troy began their career as a Sales Associate at Sens-store in 2008 and worked there for a year. In 2012, they transitioned into the field of education, working as an English Language Teacher at E-WHA Language Institute until 2013. Troy then moved into the outdoor advertising industry, where they served as an Office and Sales Coordinator at Dynamic Outdoor from 2014 to 2017. Following this role, they joined Flipp in 2017 and held various positions, including Project Coordinator, Senior Project Coordinator, Operations Project Lead, and Senior Digital Operations Lead, until October 2022. Currently, Troy is working as a Product Owner at Achievers starting from January 2023.

Troy Sears completed their education from 2008 to 2012 at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, where they earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their degree, Troy obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2022.
