Wilson Ho

Product Manager at Achievers

Wilson Ho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wilson began their career in 2008 as a Box Office & Front of House Representative at Buddies In Bad Times Theatre. From 2008 to 2013, they worked in various roles, including Gay Men's Outreach Coordinator at AIDS Committee of Toronto and Youth Education & Outreach Coordinator at Asian Community AIDS Services. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at SOMA Chocolatemaker. In 2012, they joined Toronto International Film Festival as a Customer Relations Representative and later became a Customer Relations Supervisor and Assistant Manager, Gate Scanning. Wilson also had a short role as a Customer Relations Representative in the Industry Box Office. In 2013, they joined Achievers as a Member Experience Coordinator and progressed through various roles, such as Client Success Coordinator, Technical Support Analyst, Data Analyst, and currently serves as a Product Manager.

Wilson Ho's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2015, Wilson attended the University of Toronto and obtained a Certificate in Conversational Brazilian Portuguese.

In 2015, Wilson enrolled in HackerYou College of Technology and completed courses in Front-End Web Development, HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design.

In the same year, Wilson also studied JavaScript & jQuery at HackerYou College of Technology.

From 2010 to 2011, Wilson attended the Toronto School of Art, where they studied Printmaking, Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture.

Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, Wilson pursued their Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree at the University of Toronto. Their major was Integrative Biology, and they also studied Health Studies and Anthropology.

In terms of additional certifications, Wilson obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Berteig Consulting Inc. in August 2021.
