Erwin Kersten

Erwin Kersten has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT and business sectors. Erwin worked at Achmea as the IT Director for Distribution and Generic Services, as well as the IT Director for Delivery Center Life & Pensions and Delivery Center Shared Services. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager for Business Change and IT at Achmea. Kersten also served as the Manager of Model Office at Achmea, where they focused on IT innovation and architecture, collaborating with product management of SAP and Microsoft. Before joining Achmea, they worked as an Information Manager for Strategy and Governance. Earlier in their career, they were a Business Architect at Interpolis Pension Services and a Business Consultant at James Martin & Co.

Erwin Kersten obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Management from the University of Amsterdam during the period of 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Radboud University from 1996 to 1999. Erwin also holds a degree in HEAO BE from HAN University of Applied Sciences, which they completed between 1992 and 1996.
