Itziar Minne

Itziar Minne has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager HR advies at Achmea since March 2011, where responsibilities include leading an HR advice team within the IT division and acting as a senior advisor for a business unit director. Previously, Itziar held the position of Sr HR adviseur at Achmea, contributing to the IT division's business goals across multiple departments. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at Sara Lee Coffee, focusing on HR policy implementation in production environments, and working as a P&O Adviseur at Schouten & Nelissen, also supporting operations in Belgium. Earlier roles as an HR advisor and recruiter at BDO and Pink Elephant further solidified expertise in the HR field. Itziar Minne holds a degree from Utrecht University and completed education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
