Manouk Slutter

Manouk Slutter is currently serving as the Product Owner for the employee journey "Blijven Groeien" at Achmea since November 2021. Previously, Manouk held various roles at INTERAMERICAN, including HR Implementatiemanager and Project Manager, and was also a Young HR Professional. Earlier experience includes positions such as HR adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen at Hoppenbrouwers Techniek B.V. and Intern for Global HR Onboarding & Quality of Hire at ASML. Manouk began a career in retail as a Verkoopmedewerker at Albert Heijn. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Tilburg University, alongside a minor in Human Resource Management from Monash University and a Gymnasium degree focused on Economics and Society from Almende College Isala.
