Marcel van Dijk

Marcel van Dijk has extensive experience in functional management and resource planning within the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Functioneel Beheerder at Achmea since December 2005, Marcel oversees Genesys telephony systems and Verint WFM/QM, while also managing internal housing and authorization processes. Additionally, Marcel has worked as a Functioneel Beheerder at Zilveren Kruis since January 2008 and previously held multiple roles at Achmea Zorg from 1998 to 2005, including Resource Planner and ICT Purchaser. Early experience includes administrative responsibilities at Rabobank Staphorst-Rouveen from 1995 to 1997. Marcel’s educational background includes multiple certifications from Genesys University and studies at Windesheim and Hanze College Zwolle.
