Mark Dikstaal

Mark Dikstaal is an experienced actuary currently working at Achmea since February 2022. Prior to this role, Mark considered new opportunities after serving as an actuary at Nationale-Nederlanden from October 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring a smooth transition from Reaal to NN and managing the year-end reporting for 2021. Mark’s extensive experience at REAAL Verzekeringen from July 2001 to September 2020 involved analyzing claims trends, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Solvency II reporting, and overseeing actuarial provisions and system conversions. Mark holds a Doctorandus degree in Bedrijfseconometrie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has further academic credentials from the University of Amsterdam.
