Merel’s professional experience includes roles in the insurance and finance sectors, where they have worked as a Junior Employee and later as a Team Lead at Achmea, managing and coordinating team activities efficiently. Known for their enthusiasm and commitment, Merel values both effective work processes and the well-being of individuals within organizations.
