Peter Hamers

Peter Hamers has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as a Sr. Accountmanager Inkomen at Achmea since August 2007, specializing in income insurance and managing intermediary relations for the Avéro Achmea and Centraal Beheer Achmea brands for both MKB and Grootzakelijk. Prior to this role, Peter excelled as a generiek Accountmanager at Achmea, overseeing property, health, and income insurance for medium-sized intermediaries. Peter’s previous experience includes a tenure at Interpolis from September 2001 to August 2007, where responsibilities included serving as a Key Accountmanager focusing on property insurance for independent intermediaries, and managing the internal sales team for health insurance, contributing to the development of a joint venture with VGZ and creating pricing policies for collective health insurance markets.
