Robin Heldoorn

Robin Heldoorn is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Owner at Achmea since 2015, having also held roles such as Project Leader DM, Process Specialist, member of the enterprise committee at the Central Service Delivery, and Business Debtors Manager. Prior experience at Zilveren Kruis from 2009 to 2015 includes positions as Escalation Specialist and Care Case Manager. Robin pursued a Lean Greenbelt Level 1b/c at Nyenrode Business University and is also studying Lean Level 1.A at Cardiff University. Previous education includes a Bachelor Post-HBO in Process Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Commercial Economics with a specialization in marketing management from Windesheim.
