Ron Vrolijk

Ron Vrolijk has extensive experience in continuous improvement and project management, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Coach at Achmea since February 2002. In this role, Ron focuses on developing DevOps competencies, implementing Lean Portfolio Management, and training in SAFe methodologies. Previously, Ron held various leadership positions within Achmea, such as Master Black Belt Lean and Lean Divisie Manager, where Ron prioritized customer satisfaction and agile processes. With a background in program management from eVentures Europe and Nolan, Norton & Co., along with an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Ron has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing organizational efficiency and integrating innovative business concepts.
