Serva Dollenkamp is a specialist in change management, interim management, and project management, with a strong focus on marketing communication, internal communications, and PR/media relations. They held various roles, including Manager of Corporate Internal Communications and Spokesperson at Nuon from 2004 to 2006. From 2011 to 2018, Serva worked at Achmea, progressing from Team Manager of Corporate Communications to Program Manager of Change in Achmea Personenschade. They also served as Manager of Involve and Marketing & Communication Manager at Eijerkamp Retail Groep.
