Smits

Astrid Smits is an experienced professional in product management and communication, currently serving as a senior product manager and communication specialist at Achmea since January 2010. Prior to this role, Astrid held various positions at Interpolis from May 1998 to January 2010, including strategic product manager and product manager for housing and risk. Earlier career experiences include roles at Stams & Smulders and Delta Lloyd. Astrid has pursued extensive education in communication and leadership, including a course at Loo van Eck in 2016 and an Executive Leadership Foundation program in 2011, in addition to various industry-related certifications from Nima and the Pension Practice.
