Mark Chen has extensive experience in the financial services industry, having worked for EDS Group from January 2001 to October 2005 and First Data Corporation from November 2005 to September 2015. At EDS Group, Mark was a Client Delivery Executives responsible for managing various accounts in the Asia Pacific region. At First Data Corporation, Mark held the position of Head of Client Management in Greater China and later served as a Senior Client Services Manager. Currently, Mark holds various leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, including Vice President and Country Director for North Asia and Country Director for Greater China, where Mark oversees sales, business development, and solution strategy for card issuing and acquiring in the APAC region.
