Melvin Renderos

Melvin Renderos has extensive experience in systems engineering and service delivery, currently serving as Vice President of Service Delivery and Operations at ACI Worldwide since June 2005. In this role, Melvin oversees application support operations for a suite of cloud applications, including Digital Banking and Fraud Analytics. Previous positions at ACI include Vice President of Solution Delivery for Billers & Digital Channels, and Director of Systems Engineering, focusing on leadership in production environments and operational excellence. Melvin began their career at Politzer & HANEY as a Systems Engineer, progressing through technical support roles. Melvin holds a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University and completed the Korn Ferry Orchestrate Leadership Development Program.
