Caroline Korst

Caroline Korst currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Acima Digital, LLC, bringing 5 years of experience in the field. They began their career in Employee Relations in 2017 and have held various HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Preferred Lease. Caroline graduated from The University of Alabama in May 2017 with a Bachelor's in Commerce and Business Administration, a minor in Spanish, and a Certification in Sales, and was actively involved in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee during their time at the university. As a dedicated member of the Women's Swim Team, they achieved notable accolades including being a four-time letter winner and an NCAA qualifier.
