Christopher Barton, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People Officer and VP of Human Resources at Acima, a position held since 2022. As the founder of Barton Career Advisors since 2009, Christopher leads a prominent HR consulting and training firm. An adjunct faculty member at Villanova University since 2013, teaching courses in Introductory Finance and Talent Acquisition, Christopher has previously held key HR roles including Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at PPR Note Co. and Director of Talent & Human Resources at ComputerTraining.com.
