Stéphane Besson

Stéphane has been driving growth and building teams in the Financial Services Industry for more than 25 years.

Stéphane was recently the CEO of Coalition Greenwich, the leading provider of Benchmarking Analytics to the Financial Service industry. He has led the Company for 10 years developing the vision and the strategy, leading and integrating the Greenwich acquisition, driving the commercial effort, and building teams across 4 continents. In the first 5 years, Stéphane raised capital from three strategic investors, opened the New York office and launched a unique and high growth data contribution product.

Prior to Coalition Greenwich, Stéphane was a consultant at McKinsey for 7 years advising Global and European Corporate & Investment banks across Paris, New York, and London. Prior to McKinsey, he worked at BNP Paribas in New York in Structured Finance.

Stéphane holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science and Executive Engineering from École des Mines de Paris.

Stephane lives in London with his wife and his two children (born on the same day but 4 years apart!).
