Dirk Knapp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Site Head Switzerland at Acino since May 2023, Dirk previously held the title of Site Head at Lonza from April 2020 to May 2023. Prior to that, Dirk spent a decade at Novartis, progressing through various leadership roles including Production Head Inhalation and Packaging, PU Head Inhalation, Head Process Unit Transfer, Global Operations Manager, and Head Packaging Unit TRD/DSM. Early in the career, Dirk worked in operational logistics at Freudenberg from 1999 to 2001. Dirk holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), completed between 2007 and 2008.
