Nele Weber is currently the Projektleitung for AckerFestival, having taken on this role in 2025. Before this, Nele held various positions at SPREEFREUNDE from 2020 to 2024, ultimately serving as Senior Project Manager in Live Marketing. Nele began their career in event management as a Projektassistenz in Servicemanagement at Bcc Berlin Congress Center GmbH between 2016 and 2017. Nele completed their education in event management, earning a degree as Veranstaltungskauffrau from IHK in 2014 and a Fachwirt für Messe- und Eventmanagement from Mitteldeutsche Akademie für Marketing und Kommunikation in 2014.
