Jamie Pollack is an experienced wine professional with a career spanning over 15 years in prestigious establishments. Starting as a Wine Director at The Carlyle, a Rosewood Hotel, from September 2005 to August 2006, Jamie transitioned to Le Bernardin as a Sommelier from August 2006 to November 2007. Following this role, Jamie spent nearly 13 years at Zachys Fine Wine, ultimately serving as Global Managing Director until June 2020. Since November 2020, Jamie has been the Global Managing Director at Acker, focusing on business development and sales.
