Stacey Chervin Sigda serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Acker since October 2020, where notable contributions include establishing the legal department and implementing comprehensive policies for a complex corporate structure in the alcohol beverage industry. Prior to this role, Stacey held the position of Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Global Employment Counsel at Sotheby's from February 1999 to October 2020, addressing a wide array of legal and compliance issues for high net worth clients across 44 countries. Earlier experience includes an associate role at Clifford Chance US LLP, focusing on litigation for financial services clients and regulatory agency investigations, and an associate position at Proskauer Rose LLP. Stacey Chervin Sigda earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Cornell University, where distinctions included phi beta kappa honors in English.
