Dean Patterson

Dean Patterson has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Dean is currently a Senior Vice President at Ackerman & Co., where they work with the firm's Investment and Development teams to provide asset management and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to this role, Dean was a Managing Director at J. Streicher and Bridge Investment Group. Dean also served as a Senior Vice President at TIER REIT, Inc., where they were responsible for managing a $600 million office portfolio. Dean began their career as a Vice President at PGIM Real Estate and Assistant Vice President at JP Morgan - Dover House Capital.

Dean Patterson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tulane University in 1984. Dean then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1987. Additionally, Dean has obtained a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Salesperson certification from the State of Georgia, although the exact date of certification is not provided.
