Jonathan Rice is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and real estate financing. Beginning a career as Regional Director at FINOVA Realty Capital from 1997 to 2000, Jonathan later advanced to Director at HFF (2001-2002) and Senior Vice President at CBRE (2003-2024). Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets at Ackerman & Co. since February 2025, Jonathan specializes in arranging debt and equity financing for a diverse range of asset classes, including industrial and retail properties. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
