Dan McCarthy

Dan McCarthy is a finance and accounting expert specializing in high-growth SaaS and services companies. They are currently the Chief Financial Officer at Acklen Avenue, where they oversee finance, accounting, reporting, and internal IT while contributing to the senior leadership team. As the Co-founder and President of Compass EAST, they provide financial direction and guidance to entrepreneurs, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional service. Previously, they served as an Internal Auditor at Health Management Associates, Inc., where they conducted audits and assisted in the implementation of regulatory requirements. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
